After Repossessing more than 12,000 cars, Biker Jim Pittenger bought his first hot dog cart and forever changed Denver’s street food scene by offering a variety of exotic sausages. These include meats such as ostrich, wild boar, rattlesnake, elk, antelope, buffalo, and even an award-winning vegan dog. One cart became two, two became three, then we opened our brick and mortar restaurant near Coors Field, then more carts, and now you can find us all around Denver.
Our menu offers satisfaction for every taste, wether tame or wild, spicy or sweet. A Biker Jim dog is the most refreshing take on American’s most iconic food, the Hot Dog.
